Let’s say we’re buying a gift for our best friend to celebrate an occasion. Think about the process. How do we find the gift? We will spend time looking for different ideas. Look for inspiration, of course, and hope it’s perfect. We search and search. We read reviews, looked at pricing, made a lot of comparisons. Through all these processes, we will find the right thing. We check the price, select the color, maybe enter the promotion code, and then add it to the shopping cart. We are ready to settle the account, so we can fill in the shipping details and the payment details.
